Refund policy

There are no refunds for products purchased through this website. However, replacements are provided for manufacturing defects or printing errors (such as missing pages, misprints, or severe damage during production).

Physical Products
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and unused.

To request a replacement:

1. Email orders@calmfirmations.com within 3 calendar days of receiving your order.

2. Include your order number, a brief description of the defect, and clear photos showing the issue.

3. Once approved, we’ll ship a replacement of the same title at no cost within 3 days.

 

Digital Products
Due to the downloadable nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final. Digital downloads are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds once purchased, except where required by law. If you experience a problem accessing your download, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist.
